Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes — we ship internationally from our partners, with delivery times and costs calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payments are processed over a secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted connection. For wholesale orders, bank transfer and other options may be available on request.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details, including how to start a return.

Yes! We are a Hong Kong based trading company and welcome boutiques, retailers and resellers. Bulk pricing, case packs and mixed assortments are available — send us a message through the contact page with rough quantities and we’ll reply with a quote within 24–48 hours.
Our kitchen pieces are made from food-safe materials, and silicone items are BPA-free. Each product page notes intended use; if you have a specific compliance question (FDA contact, heat rating, etc.), email us and we’ll share the manufacturer details.
Yes. Every piece is photographed from our own sample stock, and descriptions state materials, sizes and care honestly — they’re also written to be accurate for customs documentation. If anything arrives different from described, we’ll make it right.

All prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
